1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mb918 platform at mb918.org, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions stated in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and mb918.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the mb918 platform. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account is accurate and up to date. Any changes to personal information must be reported to mb918 customer support within 7 days from the date the change takes effect.

3 Account Security & Member Responsibilities

You are the legitimate account holder and bear full responsibility for all activities that occur within your mb918 account. This includes:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Reporting any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to our support team immediately.

Mb918 will never contact members to request passwords, PINs, or sensitive financial information via email, live chat, or any other channel. Please be vigilant against any phishing attempts claiming to represent mb918.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions at mb918 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected local bank transfers.

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same member account name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned.
• Mb918 does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

• Withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Mb918 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for financial compliance purposes.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Mb918 offers members a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following specific terms and conditions:

• Each bonus carries its own rollover (re-wagering) requirement, typically between 5x and 20x depending on the bonus type.
• The validity period for each bonus is as stated in the respective promotion terms; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Members are only eligible to claim one welcome bonus for the lifetime of their account.
• Mb918 reserves the right to void any bonus or wins obtained through means that violate promotion terms, including bonus arbitrage or the use of multiple accounts.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through dishonest means will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Mb918 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a member's account before the date of the change.

6 Game Rules & Member Conduct

All games offered on the mb918 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by international auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate or cheat the gaming system.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting mb918 staff or other members on any communication platform.
• Taking any action intended to disrupt the operations or security of the mb918 platform.

Any breach of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, along with forfeiture of all associated balances and wins.

7 Prohibited Activities & Money Laundering

Mb918 maintains a firm commitment to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT). Our platform complies with all applicable regulatory requirements and cooperates fully with competent authorities when required.

Using the mb918 platform for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited, including:

• Money laundering through repeated deposit and withdrawal activity with no genuine intent to play.
• Financing illegal activities or terrorism using funds held in your mb918 account.
• Identity fraud or using another person's personal information to register or conduct transactions.
• Any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Mb918 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• Member found to be in violation of any terms stated in this document.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Member failed to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Member has set a self-exclusion limit via our Responsible Gaming feature.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting mb918 customer support. For accounts closed at the member's request, any valid cash balance will be refunded within 5 working days upon completion of the verification process.

9 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Mb918 provides its online gaming platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. mb918 is not liable for:

• Losses incurred due to technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance downtime, or internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Data loss resulting from device failure or unauthorized account access by a third party.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.

Mb918's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise regarding games, transactions, or the use of the mb918 platform, the following steps must be followed:

1. Contact Support First: Contact the mb918 customer support team via live chat or email with full details of the dispute.
2. Internal Review: mb918 will complete an internal review within 5 business days and provide a written response to the member.
3. Appeal: If a member is dissatisfied with the outcome of the initial review, a written appeal may be submitted to management within 14 days from the date the decision was received.
4. Final Decision: The decision of mb918 management following a thorough review is final and binding on all parties.

All disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body in accordance with applicable law.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. By using the mb918 platform, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Mb918 makes no representation that the content or services available on this platform are appropriate or lawful to access from all locations. If use of this platform is prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction, you must cease use immediately.

12 Terms Amendment

Mb918 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via an in-platform notice or registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.

By continuing to use the mb918 platform after the date any changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 8.
